Develop and implement outstanding lessons tailored to the diverse needs of all students.
Monitor and meticulously report on the progress of students.
Take proactive measures to ensure all students reach their full potential through the implementation of exceptional feedback methods.
Cater to the needs of learners from key identified groups, including pupil premium recipients, looked after children, those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and High Attaining students.
Recognize, value, and actively support the delivery of opportunities extending beyond the traditional classroom setting.
Seek to enrich and add value to the students' overall experience and learning.
Take ownership of developing your own expert teaching practices.
Empower others by actively supporting the development of their professional expertise.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching maths at secondary school level
Strong subject knowledge in maths
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS check
