We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operative the Hemel Hempstead area, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a permanent position, working on reactive repairs team within domestic properties.The Multi Trade Operative will be carrying out:
  • Carpentry - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
  • Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
  • Patch plastering
  • Patch tiling
  • Painting
  • Damp and mould removal
  • Fitting air bricks and fans
We are looking to speak to a Multi Trade Operative who:
  • Is time served or holds a relevant qualification
  • Has similar industry experience
  • Has experience dealing with damp and mould
  • Has their own tools
  • Has a full UK Driving licence
In return, Multi Trade Operative will receive:
  • £40,000 a year annual salary
