Rate: Outside IR35Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Financials, including but not limited to GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
- Provide expert guidance and support on system functionalities, best practices, and configuration.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs and materials for end-users and super-users.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for a diverse audience.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful system adoption and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud Financials features and updates.
- Proven extensive experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Demonstrable expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management a must).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training to various audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar SME or training role is highly desirable.
