- Administer and maintain the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet).
- Ensure accurate entry of employee hours, leave, and overtime.
- Act as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll and HR.
- Manage data uploads and manual adjustments for payroll processing.
- Administer various leave types and resolve system errors.
- Experience: 2+ years in HR or payroll administration.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written skills.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving system/data issues.
- Confidentiality: Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
