You will work in partnership with the Head Chef and the wider Cairngorm regional chef team. As a team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One WildLand Team and One Wild Way.Who you are
  • Preferably you are an experienced Sous Chef with a proven track record in a high quality, creative and innovative environment who is looking for your next challenge.
  • You will have experience in fine dining or as a private chef, capable of producing memorable culinary experiences for up to 50 people.
  • Someone who responds positively to short notice dining requests and special events.
  • Passionate about your craft and be ingredient led in your cooking.
  • A supportive team player who encourages others regardless of whether you join us for a summer or stay and grow with us long term.
