
UK - IT Support Technician

- Cooperating with the HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimisation and transformation of the IT network/server/infrastructure;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues;
- Management of the IT inventory, including hardware items as well as software licenses and warranties;
- Cooperating with the HQ IT team to implement network security;
- Efficiently and effectively responding to requests for IT support and providing solutions by cooperating with the HQ IT team.
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation;
- Preparing computers/laptops and other IT equipment for employees, and managing computers and other IT office equipment;
- Other related activities and contingent assignments.
- Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors.
- Preferably 2/3 years of IT/network-related work experience.
- Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP or ITIL certifications are advantageous.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Chinese-speaking is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
