- Working in general practice/primary care/PCNs.
- Managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- HR and employment law, including performance management, appraisal processes, staff development and disciplinary procedures.
- Successfully developing and implementing projects.
- Health & Safety in the workplace regulations.
- Chair effective meetings.
- Managing accounting procedures including budget and cash flow forecasting.
