- Own the customer relationship - be the primary commercial contact and executive voice for strategic clients
- Maximise revenue and margin - manage invoicing, renewals, extensions, and new opportunities across your accounts
- Ensure delivery excellence - coordinate with delivery managers to ensure all commitments, SLAs, and service levels are exceeded
- Drive account growth - build and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow Hansen's footprint within key accounts
- Present with impact - represent Hansen professionally to clients from operations to board level, driving trust and alignment
- Own the contract lifecycle - oversee approvals, amendments, and ensure Hansen and the client operate within commercial guardrails
- Act as an escalation point - manage operational issues and drive internal alignment to support customer success
- Proven Account Management or other relevant client-facing experience.
- Background in Telecoms, PayTV or subscription-based services is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on long-term value creation, and ability to align solutions with customer pain points.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A track record of managing multiple accounts with precision and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
- Language skills: native or fluent English is essential, whilst other languages are highly beneficial.
