The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Bartenders to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience.About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience, crafting drinks with precision, sharing your knowledge with confidence, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for service to every shift.Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.What You’ll Do:Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with consistency and flairEngage with guests to provide personalised recommendations and memorable momentsMaintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked barCollaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient serviceUphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the roleWhat you bring:Strong bartending experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant environmentExcellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail techniquesA genuine passion for hospitality and guest interactionStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetA team player with a positive, can-do attitudeProficiency in spoken and written EnglishAll candidates must have the Right to Work in the UKSchedule and hours:This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per weekTypical working hours will be in the evenings, but flexibility is required to work day shiftsThe restaurant will be open 7 days a week.
