As a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering high-quality instruction to our Motor Vehicle students. Leveraging your extensive experience in the field, you will design engaging lesson plans, practical workshops, and assessments that cultivate students' skills and knowledge. Working collaboratively with our diverse Engineering team, you will contribute your expertise to enhance the overall learning experience and ensure our curriculum remains current and relevant to industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Motor Vehicle courses to students.
- Provide academic and vocational guidance to students to support their learning and career development.
- Develop and maintain effective learning resources, including course materials, assessments, and practical demonstrations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to review and update curriculum content to align with industry trends and advancements.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and other college-wide initiatives as required.
- A relevant degree or vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle or a related field.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards is essential.
- Demonstrated experience working in the Motor Vehicle industry, with a strong understanding of industry practices and technologies.
- Previous teaching or training experience, preferably in an educational setting, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
