The team acts as an in-house market insight agency, as such we design, analyse and deliver insight projects from start to finish.About the RoleAs Senior Research Executive, you will lead the day-to-day management of global tracking studies and ad hoc research projects. You will contribute to all stages of the research process, from stakeholder consultation and questionnaire design to detailed analysis and insight delivery.Responsibilities:Manage customer satisfaction programmes including survey refinement and quarterly reportingDeliver strategic research projects by planning designing and analysing market studiesPresent findings with clarity and actionable recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams and external research agenciesEnsure accuracy and consistency across all insights and analysisSupport colleagues undertaking research with advice and best practicesRequirements:Market research experience with demonstrated expertise in generating insightsDegree-level education and a relevant research qualificationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsPerfect written and spoken EnglishStrong project management skills and ability to work across multiple deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Access and SharePointKnowledge of SPSS and R is beneficialConfident presentation skills and visual storytelling abilityWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization, with various flexible and remote working options available to employeesWorking for youWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
