The Client Operations Associate will support across Trade support, cash management, settlements as well as serving clients with their enquires and portfolios.Excellent opportunity in a growing and thriving investment manager.
  • Report Generation and Distribution - Assisting with the creation and distribution of reports to our clients
  • Client Onboarding and Trade Entry - Processing new client applications and inputting trades into our systems
  • Dealing and Settlement - Processing dealing points for our investments, in which shares are bought or sold
  • on behalf of our clients, and assisting with cash settlement processes
  • Cash Management - Processing payments in from clients and assisting with bank reconciliation processes
  • Enquiry Management - Using our case management system, resolving client email enquiries according to our
  • industry leading SLAs
  • Call Handling - Assisting our clients with their enquiries on the phone
  • Ad-Hoc Projects- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as require
Exciting role split between Client Service and Ops within Investment Management12 month FTC based in London with potential permanent opportunitiesA successful Client Operations Associate should have:
  • Experience in a middle office Operations role within Financial Services
  • Degree educated
  • Experience of dealing with clients within a financial environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position is with a well-established organisation in the Investment Management space.They are rapidly growing and have a range of clients including banks, retail investors and HNW individuals.
  • A competitive salary of approximately £40,500 to £49,500 per annum.
