Ideally you will have experience of working within many areas of Health and Social Care and now feel you wish to move in to more of an assessing role.You will be trained to provide outstanding support for learners and be able to demonstrate your organisational and planning skills and talk through your achievements and career successes so far. Once trained your role will be to conduct and evaluate individual initial assessment ensuring all learners are on the correct programme at the right level. To develop positive relationships with learners and employers on a monthly basis. To actively promote the use of e-portfolio to all learners and employers. To ensure all learners participate in an 'exit interview' to be undertaken as part of quality assurance visits, which encompasses all aspects of the process. You will also need to be flexible and have a willingness to work towards achieving your CAVA Assessor Award.
