About the RoleThe School of Environment and Society are pleased to announce that we are seeking an exceptional individual to take up the role of Student Experience Manager.The postholder is responsible for the student experience of all taught students across all departments within the school. You will analyse data and create strategic interventions to improve the student experience and manage the schools extenuating circumstances process. The team is supported by four student experience officers who collectively work together to support both undergraduate and postgraduate students.About YouAs the Student Experience Manager you will lead the student experience team in all areas of the student experience. You will work with the Student Experience leads and the Senior Academic Tutor to ensure that the processes are manged appropriately. You will work across the three academic departments of History, Geography and Politics and International Relations supporting in internal and external communications.About the SchoolThe School of Environment and Society at Queen Mary University of London is made up of three academic departments, History, Geography and International Relations departments. The School has been newly formed and has circa 150 academic staff.
