Do you have experience in spill response, site management, and leading operational teams within industrial or environmental services? Adler & Allan wants to hear from you!We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to join our skilled and dedicated North East team – someone who is happy to travel and can take charge on-site, motivate teams, and deliver work safely, compliantly, and efficiently.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading teams on emergency response and planned works across industrial and environmental sites.
  • Being the go-to leader on-site and in the depot – from RAMS to reporting, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Managing plant and equipment, vehicles, and documentation with precision.
  • Working directly with customers to build relationships and spot future opportunities.
  • Supporting job planning, paperwork, and logistics – no two days are the same.
  • Acting as a key player in our spill and HAZMAT response operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven site supervision experience and RAMS documentation expertise.
  • Strong communication skills – you’ll be the bridge between site, clients, and management.
  • Pollution control and spill response experience- Essential
  • Competent in the selection and use of RPE and breathing apparatus
  • HP/ UHP water jetting
  • IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS – must-haves.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions, and to travel or stay away when required.
  • HGV Class 2 and towing experience? That’s a bonus!
  • Ability to handle pressure while delivering high standards and team performance.
