Whether you're exploring a career in educational psychology, clinical work, or SEN teaching, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) across a range of specialist settings.About the Roles:We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of specialist schools and provisions throughout Surrey.
This includes:Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream unitsWorking with students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more1:1 and small group support rolesCollaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and multi-disciplinary teamsOpportunities for both full-time and flexible day-to-day supply workWho We're Looking For:We welcome applications from psychology graduates who are:Passionate about supporting children and young people with SENPatient, empathetic, and resilientEager to learn and develop in a supportive environmentExperienced in working with children (formally or informally)Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already have one)Whether you're just starting out or building on previous experience, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference while gaining valuable insight into SEN education and child development.
