A welcoming primary school in Winslow is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide classroom cover and intervention support across KS1 and KS2. This role is ideal for experienced support staff ready to step up.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small group and 1:1 interventions in literacy and numeracy.
- Provide whole-class cover for teacher absences.
- Support SEN pupils and differentiate activities as required.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to track pupil progress.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Confident in leading whole-class teaching when needed.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Supportive staff and leadership team.
- Opportunity to develop into teacher training routes.
