Job title: Contracts ManagerSector: Construction, Build, Fit Out, RefurbishmentThorn Baker are working with a national contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. Our client work on a variety of different projects including new builds, refurbishments and internal fit outs across the UK.The client are based in the North West but can cover nationwide projects.What's in it for you:

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee between 3-5 projects and site teams
  • Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practises
Your experience/knowledge:
  • Experience working on fit out projects
  • Experience working on general build porjects
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
