- Monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback.
- Gain insights and understanding from key decision-makers regarding customer needs.
- Promote Hexagon portfolio solutions to stakeholders and prospective customers to support the sales process.
- Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with key stakeholders.
- Hold partners and stakeholders accountable for agreed-upon commitments and objectives.
- Align with the partner leadership team to drive towards common goals.
- Identify, drive, and own partner-led pipelines, conducting regular opportunity reviews with partners and Hexagon sales teams.
- Track, measure, and manage partners' success against metrics to maximise results.
- Collaborate with the direct sales organisation to optimise channel engagements and drive revenue.
- Provide partners with performance data and collaborate with their teams and internal resources to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partner executives (including C-level) across sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
- Submit change requests on behalf of the partnership team and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.
- Strong sales background with a proven record of success.
- Excellent written, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of account management experience in a channel sales organisation.
- Ability to anticipate and understand clients' and partners' business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI reporting tools.
- Expertise in conducting meetings and training, often in a virtual setting.
