- Work hours: Mon - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexible early/late 7:30am-6:30pm) eg start at 7:30am finish at 4pm
- Hybrid working: Currently working from home for 3 days in 10. Every Wednesday and every other Friday. Following the initial 60 days onboarding and training this option will be available to you.

- The Graduate PPC Manager is responsible for driving efficiencies and improving ROI across Paid Search. The PPC Graduate will work across all Paid Search channels including Google and Microsoft (Bing).
- Working alongside the eCommerce & Marketing teams, you will use campaign and non-campaign data to drive sales, both generally and on targeted product lines. You will utilise our existing campaign structure and continually develop it to be the most effective in the industry.
- You will analyse our production capability reports to ensure that we are delivering sales and growth in areas. that are most relevant to our capacity levels - ensuring that there is a good balance of types of sales being made to ensure a harmonious production environment
- You will work closely with our product development and eCommerce team to ensure that products are launched effectively and with maximum impact. Product launch success can be heavily attributed to our paid advertising approach and, as such, is highly regarded as a key driver of success for new product launches.
- You will work with the Head of eCommerce & Marketing to ensure we deliver on the brand aspirations for new customer growth whilst working to ensure we do so with the highest return on investment possible.
- Holds a degree in subjects similar to: Marketing, Maths, Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis
- Strong analytical approach
- Able to make clear decisions from data and follow through on plans
- Logical approach to risk taking
