- Strategically managing and growing accounts, working to achieve annual sales targets
- Maximise sales from analysis, range reviews and range extensions
- Analysing market data and providing recommendations and insight to the customer
- Producing sales reporting, analysing data and feeding back to the business and clients
- Looking at product improvement initiatives, working closely with colleagues to develop ideas
- Developing new accounts and opportunities
- Extensive Account Management experience, with experience working with major UK grocers
- Strong relationship building and consultative approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel knowledge
- Experience in pulling together high value tenders
- Able to analyse trends and provide recommendations
- FMCG - Health and Beauty desirable
