Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Northampton, 12-18-month Fixed Term Contract, £45,000 - £55,000. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving team on a temporary basis. JOB REF: 0719THE ROLE:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include Acquisitions and disposals, Auction sales, Secured finance transactions, Landlord and tenant issues, Land Registry submissions and Property management company matters
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • A minimum of 5 years' PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • A commercial, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build strong client relationships
ON OFFER:
  • Fixed term contract with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000
