We are seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer Contractor to join a cross-functional team on a 6-month initial basis. Work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with experts in a fast-paced, innovative FinTech.What you'll be doing:

Conduct ML model training and optimisation, leveraging tools such as Sagemaker.
Lead data ingestion efforts, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
Facilitate experiment tracking and orchestrate pipelines for efficient data processing.
Drive AB testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and optimise product performance.
Empower data scientists and data engineers to take ownership of their work through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

What experience you'll need to apply:

Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer in a product-led scale-up/start-up environment.
Strong proficiency in tools such as Sagemaker, Vertex AI, AzureML etc.
Experience with data ingestion, ML model training and experiment tracking.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment, dealing with ambiguity and novel data challenges.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
