- Develop and enhance digital platforms to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Implement eCommerce strategies to improve website performance.
- Create and own the trading calendar for the UK website, App, and Marketplaces to align with seasonal marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Head of eCommerce & Marketing to progress website merchandising strategies, including personalization and targeting.
- Research product merchandising technology to improve onsite merchandising efficiency and website conversion.
- Lead merchandising testing and optimization for all website sales touchpoints, such as recommendation zones and category sorting rules.
