Emillie client in Staffordshire is looking for an experienced Vet Surgeon to join their team as Clinical Lead! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vet to join a well-established practice with the autonomy to lead, innovate and mentor while being part of a close-knit team.
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, with twice annual reviews.
  • Full-time, 4 days per week.
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays required, No Sundays.

This independent, family-run practice is proud of its close-knit team and commitment to delivering the highest standards of veterinary care. The modern, spacious facilities are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and designed to provide a supportive and collaborative working environment.The practice team includes multiple vets, a dedicated nursing team, experienced reception staff, and supportive practice managers (some with over 20 years in practice). The Lead Vet will work alongside skilled colleagues who are passionate about mentoring, supporting professional development, and delivering excellent client care.The successful candidate will take on a pivotal leadership role, working closely with the management team to deliver outstanding veterinary care, mentor junior vets, and help drive the practice forward. Experience in handling more complex cases would be beneficial, as well as the ability to provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.Further benefits include:
