An opportunity has arisen to join the Youth Team in Great Yarmouth and Waveney. This is an innovative service working with young people aged 14-25 and their families. We are a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team and are passionate about working together to offer treatment and care to the young people who we support.The role will involve working with young people with a range of complex presenting problemsand will include direct therapeutic work. We offer an environment where you can learn and further develop your skills. Supervision will be available from within the team to support you. We have regular education sessions that are led by different members of the multi-disciplinary team and visiting professionals that aim to keep us all updated with the latest and best clinical knowledge. As a whole team we are keen to continue developing and to ensure that we are offering the best possible service to the young people we work with. We are looking for motivated people, with good interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm and drive, for working with children and their families whilst they are going through a difficult and stressful period in their lives, in terms of their mental health and well-being.Main duties of the jobWe're a very experienced group of professionals and are looking forward to welcoming new members of staff to the team.
