An inspiring opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Deputy Manager at a well-established care home in Swadlincote, offering a salary from £21.70 up to £23.70 per hour with enhancement on a full-time basis. This is an excellent chance for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a sound understanding of safeguarding to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities.In this role, you will fully support the Service Manager, deputising in their absence, while leading a dedicated team of nurses and care staff with passion and enthusiasm. You will ensure the smooth running of the service, promote positive outcomes for residents, and foster a caring, inclusive environment.You will also be responsible for delivering the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal care, promoting independence and choice for all residents, while maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory obligations. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence the service, mentor colleagues, and make a real impact on the lives of those in your care.The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, experience managing a team of nursing and care staff, and a proven track record of delivering person-centred care to individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities.
