Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen- from proofing and baking a selection of goods within the bakery department, preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You'll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.As Delish Deli Team Member you will:
- Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
- Provide a first class service to all of our customers.
- Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
- Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
