- Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across different year groups/subjects as needed.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all pupils feel supported.
- Follow school policies and procedures to provide continuity in teaching and learning.
- Work closely with fellow staff to support students' academic and personal development.
- Quickly build rapport with students and staff to ensure a seamless transition in the classroom.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with UK experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
- Enthusiasm for supporting students' learning in a dynamic and diverse school community.
