A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a professional, Independent Estate Agency. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy office on a full-time basis. You will need to be passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed. Full training and support will be provided, as will a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team.Working Days:
  • You will be required to work full-time
  • Monday – Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm with time off in lieu provided
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
  • Basic salary up to £25,000
  • £32,000 OTE (Uncapped commission)

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
  • At least 12 months of experience working as a Sales Negotiator
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven and passionate about property
  • Friendly approach
  • Team player
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • A driving licence and own car
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Booking valuations and Mortgage Appointments
  • Referring leads to Lettings and Auction division
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
