- Assist in maintaining a quality, inviting environment for SAS properties.
- Conduct turf maintenance, including mowing, backpack blowing, weeding, edging, and preparing lawns for initial seeding.
- Fertilize and over seeds lawns.
- Properly prune trees and shrubs.
- Remove leaves from property, including blowing and leaf vacuum operation.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers and bulbs as directed.
- Keep properties and streets clean of debris.
- Remove snow and ice from streets, sidewalks, and parking lots.
- Perform maintenance of equipment, as directed.
- May operate corporate vehicle to transport supplies, equipment, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory as long as you are eager to learn.
- Ability to operate hand tools, small power mowers, edger, weed-eaters, and chain saws.
- Ability to perform manual labor on a daily basis under various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
- Some horticultural/grounds maintenance training is a plus.
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
- We offer a temporary contract (37h/week) through a third party.
