- Support teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons across multiple key stages
- Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans to meet individual needs
- Provide targeted one-to-one support for pupils who need additional help
- Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
- Contribute to lesson planning and classroom activities
- Monitor pupil progress and give constructive feedback to promote growth
- Previous HLTA experience or a similar educational support role (preferred)
- A genuine commitment to helping children succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- A proactive, adaptable team player with a flexible approach
