- 37.5 hours per week, shift-based rota across 7 days (2 out of 5 weekends)
- Basic salary: £24,500
- Average bonus: £400–£600/month (some teams higher, some lower – see below)

- Helping customers register a new appliance and offering extended protection
- Assisting with repairs or account queries, and recommending extra cover
- Retaining customers who are thinking of cancelling
- Supporting Sky customers with their “Sky Protect” policies
- Handling calls on behalf of brands like Beko
- Experience working directly with customers, ideally in a phone-based or sales role
- Confidence working to targets or KPIs (call volume, conversion, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- Generous monthly bonus (averages vary across teams: £400–£600+, with some roles offering more and the ability to earn far in excess of this for top performers)

- You’ll need a quiet place to work from home and reliable broadband – all other kit is provided
- You’ll be working shifts across a 7-day rota, with most teams working 2 out of every 5 weekends
- Shifts are planned 4–6 weeks in advance and won’t go later than 8pm
- You’ll need experience in customer service or sales, ideally with 12+ months in a targeted or phone-based role – though we’re open to different backgrounds if you’ve got the right attitude
