As the VAT Manager you will report to the Head of Financial Accounting and support the Group with respect to a range of tax matters - but primarily VAT. Providing expert advice and guidance with respect to VAT and will also be the first point of contact for all international tax issues.
You will be responsible for the completion & submission of the group VAT return, ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation including imports and export as well as actively work with staff to develop awareness and understanding of VAT liability and compliance issues.You will need a sound UK VAT experience ideally within a partial exemption environment or or Not For Profit sectorPlease note that only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and have practical relevant UK tax experience will be considered for this Tax Manager role.
