
SEN/ SEMH Teaching Assistant

- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' individual needs.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, including ASD and ADHD.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and essential life skills in every learner.
- Support students' social and emotional development using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Help implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
We are seeking someone who is passionate, patient, and empathetic. You'll bring strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a flexible approach to classroom dynamics.Previous experience as an SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential-full training is provided.
