A fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic and driven team of account managers looking after some large UK retail partners.An opportunity to define, create & develop the core sales strategy for the channel.The National Account Controller - Electronics and Appliances will lead, manage and motivate a team of National Account Managers to maximise the commercial output and results of the home solutions (appliances and accessories) channel.As the channel lead, this person will set the clear commercial strategy alongside the sales director; formulating and agreeing promotional plans, and provide accurate forecasting of sales results and expected performance as well as planning all account activities with the team, effective product displays, agree merchandising and in store training and negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities with the retailers alongside the JBPs for each customer.In addition, the channel lead will forge and develop strong internal and external relationships with all the key stakeholders to make this role and the team as successful as possible.   • strong educational background, to degree or equivalent level
  • proven track record of strong commercial performance and leadership in the FMCG, consumer electronics, SDA or MDA sectors
  • proven track record of growth with large retailers
  • driven, ambitious and motivated candidate who strives for great results
  • a background with a large corporate company, but with a strong spirit and innovative approach
  • proven leader of people, strong background in developing a high-performing team
  • excellent communicator and presenter
  • strong financial, P&L skills, strong commercial and business acumen
  • high level stakeholder management background
  • we need candidates to have access to the South East England head office 3-4 times per week but able to travel nationally and internationally also
