Working alongside our Real Estate and Construction teams, you'll provide expert advice on construction contracts, public procurement, dispute resolution, and more.You will play a pivotal role in complex projects, advising funders, developers, occupiers, and public sector clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead construction work in Wales and advance your career with the support of a top-tier firm.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert legal advice on construction matters, from contracts to dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate partners on development projects.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and maintain high professional standards.
Ideal candidate:
  • Minimum 5 years' PQE in construction law, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Expertise in construction law, particularly in the development and public sector spaces.
  • Proven ability to manage billing targets and deliver excellent client service.
