Warehouse SupervisorSalary: £28,000-£30,000 DOELocation: LeedsHours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pmFull-Time, Permanent positionWe're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing, forward-thinking business based in North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or an ambitious Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on, and has a passion for organising, motivating a team, and improving warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activity, managing stock, supporting the wider team and driving performance. There's also plenty of opportunity for development and progression for the right person.Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day running of the warehouse as a confident and capable Warehouse Supervisor
  • Lead, support and motivate a small team in a Team Leader capacity
  • Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes
  • Complete quality control checks on goods coming in and going out
  • Use initiative to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Manage your own diary, workload and team priorities
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse or logistics setting
  • A hands-on approach and ability to lead by example
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot areas for improvement
  • Confident in making decisions and using initiative
  • Comfortable with basic IT systems and warehouse software
  • A positive attitude and strong team ethic
