This is an opportunity to join a friendly, values-led team supporting a vibrant young adult with cerebral palsy. The role involves providing 2:1 care and personal support, as well as supporting daily routines, social outings, hobbies, and appointments. The successful candidate will receive full training and ongoing support from the Nurse Manager and Care Coordinator.Main duties of the jobThe Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing compassionate and consistent care to the service user, helping them live life to the fullest both at home and in the community. This will involve learning specialist skills such as suctioning, gastrostomy care, and seizure response, for which full training will be provided.
