- Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers through advisory sessions, acting as their trusted security expert.
- Threat Landscape Analysis: Providing insights on the evolving threat landscape and recommending tailored solutions.
- Solution Design and Recommendation: Assess customers' current security frameworks and provide actionable insights for improvement. You will suggest appropriate tools, technologies, and methodologies to strengthen their security posture.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Advise customers on regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST. Additionally, promote adherence to security best practices tailored to their operational context.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of advisory sessions, including customer challenges, proposed solutions, and follow-up actions. You will also provide Executive summaries to customers via their reporting on ways to improve their ways of working.
- Proven background in cybersecurity consulting or managed services (5+ years), ideally supporting multiple clients.
- Passionate about cybersecurity and eager to innovate in managed services, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and trends.
- Customer-oriented, with the ability (or willingness to learn) to consult across all areas of the Outpost24 product suite (e.g., AppSec including APIs, RBVM, EASM, DRP).
- Hands-on experience with cloud security frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of security tools, frameworks, industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST), and best practices.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, resilient under pressure and able to adapt to dynamic security challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
