Sales Development Representative

- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers for our Industry & Finance team (50% industry / 50% financial sector).
- Research and build new and existing government accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts, and sending strategic email and social campaigns.
- Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
- Apply your effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams specifically the Marketing team.
- Work in a fast-pace environment, taking the initiative to get stuff done, try something new and share your findings with your team.
- Located in either London, UK / Toronto, CA / New York, USA
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- 2+ year of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via phone, email and chat
- Cross functional experience, working alongside Sales and Marketing
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization (hungry to grow to an A.E in the future)
- High level of proficiency with SalesForce, Pardot and LinkedIn Navigator
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
