Hours: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for multiple Traffic Marshals to join several long-term construction and infrastructure projects across Bristol.As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on and around busy construction sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDirecting vehicles and plant machinery around the site safely and efficientlyManaging site access and egress points for deliveries and subcontractorsCommunicating clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and site personnelEnsuring traffic flow is maintained with minimal disruption to site operationsLiaising closely with site managers and logistics teamsRequirements✅ NPORS Traffic Marshal (Vehicle Marshal) Ticket – ESSENTIAL
✅ Previous experience working on busy construction sites
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ High level of awareness and commitment to health & safety
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
✅ Valid CSCS card
