Elysian Residences is a UK business, specialising in the development and operation of luxury retirement communities.At Elysian, we offer a premium service and care provision that, until recently, could only be found in countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities. This position is essential for providing a welcoming environment for homeowners and guests ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.Duties:

Perform thorough cleaning of vacant homes, public areas, back-of-house spaces and homeowner apartments.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning tasks.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

About you:Skills:

Previous experience is highly desirable, particularly in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
Strong background in hospitality with an understanding of guest expectations regarding cleanliness.
Janitorial experience is beneficial, showcasing familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames.
