- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all customers that come through the door and over the phone.
- Build genuine rapport to understand your customers needs - turning conversation into business.
- Match relevant products to the needs of your customers, presenting applicable features and benefits.
- Accurately appraise used cars offered in part exchange.
- Organise and carry out professional and proficient demonstrations and test drives.
- Negotiate a successful close, overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available.
- Identify sources of potential new and used car customers for your franchise and business.
- Carry out prospecting activities on a regular basis with confidence.
- Ensure that all vehicles are presentable and ready for inspection by your customers, including your own company car.
- Display all vehicles to brand standard with the right price and specification details.
- Maintain your digital diary and use both our customer relationship and dealership management tools accurately and efficiently.
- Some experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry is preferred but not always essential, however, a passion for cars is!
- A passion for delivering "first class" customer service
- Confidence, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills
- A willingness to work weekends (because thats when our customers love to shop)
- A full UK driving licence
