·Supportive, sociable team culture in a growing businessKey Responsibilities:·Lead the delivery of building physics and energy modelling services across a range of projects
·Oversee and manage SAP, SBEM, TM52, TM59, TM54 and Part L assessments
·Work closely with engineers and clients to integrate low-carbon and sustainable design principles
·Mentor and support junior staff and help develop internal capabilities
·Engage with clients and represent the business on sustainability matters
·Contribute to business development and potential expansion of sustainability servicesWhat They're Looking For:·Strong experience in building physics, sustainability, and energy modelling within a consultancy setting
·Comfortable working with tools like IES VE, Elmhurst, DesignBuilder, and others
·Knowledge of key assessment methodologies including SAP, SBEM, TM59, TM52 and Part L
·Forward-thinking mindset with a genuine interest in sustainable design
·Based in or near Bristol, or looking to relocate with an interest in hybrid working
