We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our service. You will assist with the provision of support to Service Users who are seeking to develop their skills and abilities to live independent lives, building on their own strengths, goals and social capital. We work with people who are between 18 – 25 years old primarily with Learning Disabilities and/ or Neurodiversity.Applicants must have experience of working with people with learning disabilities in any comparable setting; or as a carer. You will have experience of promoting social justice and self-determination and be able to support people to build personal resilience to develop and sustain a good life.Our service is committed to safeguarding and promoting positive change for the lives of adult’s receiving learning disability and/or mental health support.
