Based in Manchester, you’ll take the lead on all QS functions across designated projects. Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in cost control, commercial risk management, and driving value across the supply chain. With a growing portfolio of multi-disciplinary rail works, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership and make a tangible impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial delivery on assigned projects, ensuring profitability and strong cost controlManage WIP and cashflow to meet business plan targetsOversee subcontractor procurement and settlement, securing value while maintaining fairnessProduce accurate CVR and forecasting reports monthlyEnsure full compliance with company processes and commercial standardsWhat You’ll NeedDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)Proven experience in rail infrastructure or civils (ideally on multi-disciplinary projects)Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly Target CostAbility to work proactively with operational teams and influence project performanceBenefits
