Position: Waiter/WaitressJob Summary:Shark Club UK is seeking experienced and dynamic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. With a fun and lively atmosphere, we offer a unique dining experience that will keep our guests coming back for more. If you have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests
  • Upsell and promote daily specials and events
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-stocked at all times
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience
  • Process guest payments using POS system
  • Follow all food safety and cleaning procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times, promoting a fun and social atmosphere
Qualifications: * Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Food safety certification is a plus
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
