What you will do:
  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 staff members to deliver top-notch, person-centred, strength-based assessments.
  • Ensure effective casework decisions that safeguard adults, promote their wellbeing, and enhance their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with various agencies such as health, housing, and police to address safeguarding and self-neglect issues.
  • Work closely with a Senior Manager to administer a statutory service for vulnerable adults, while fulfilling all legal and policy frameworks.
  • Drive the vision and goals of a sustainable Adult Social Care service, meeting current and future demands.
