As a Host / Hostess, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. You’ll manage reservations, greet guests with confidence, and ensure smooth seating flow throughout service.Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.What You’ll Do:Welcome guests with a warm, engaging presenceManage reservations and walk-ins using our booking systemCoordinate table assignments and communicate effectively with the service teamAnticipate guest needs and personalise each interactionUphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the roleWhat you bring:Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or receptionist, ideally in a luxury or high-end environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsA passion for great service and foodA calm, confident presence in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in spoken and written EnglishAll candidates must have the Right to Work in the UKSchedule and hours:This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per weekEarliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1amThe restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
